What is Kinesiology?
✨I know over my journey with the symptoms I was experiencing that there are foods that I need to avoid or eat less frequently… dairy being one…Milk Chocolate included😭 but there were times where I hadn’t eaten any of the “known” things but still experienced the symptoms.. so frustrating and confusing…as I feel it can be for most people experiencing the same symptoms…
✨During my session I was asked if there was anything I eat a lot of🤔
Easy!…Salad….
In my journey to lose weight over the past 20 years I went the obvious route with Salads. (I do love a salad) and it made up the bulk of my meals.
✨Great, we had a place to start… we looked at all the contents…
Tomatoes?…Nope!.
Peppers?…Nope!…
Lettuce?… YES..YES…YES… My body reacted straight away! 🎉🎉🎉
Who’d have thought!…
With this information I could do one of two things… And as we can make our own choices I could either continue eating Lettuce🥬 or stop!🛑 I chose the latter…
And the rest is history…I no longer experience the symptoms of IBS AND my whole system has reverted back to “my” normal.
